Most issues are connection, cache, or placement. Walk through these checks before you assume something deeper is wrong.
QR code not scanning
Reprint larger, increase contrast, and remove glare lamination if possible. Regenerate the QR if the underlying link changed.
Test with two phone models - some camera apps struggle with tiny codes on glossy stock.
Google account not connecting
Disconnect and reconnect with the admin Google account. Clear expired OAuth prompts and confirm the listing still belongs to that account.
If you changed Google passwords or MFA recently, re-auth is normal.
Reviews not syncing
Trigger a manual sync from integrations, wait fifteen minutes, then reconnect if still empty. Reviews left before you connected may never backfill.
Google moderation can delay visibility - that is outside any vendor's control.
